I love the color blue.  If you’ve followed my blog for a bit you’ll have seen shades of blue over and over again.  Sorry, but I can’t help it!  I gravitate towards it.  I was always hesitant to wear a blue tee and jeans together.  Over the weekend I wore this outfit.  I think it worked by keeping it simple, and adding some classic accessories.  My belt and sandals were a perfect match.  The sandals are on sale right now under $15, but hurry before they sell out!  And, to finish the look, my favorite clutch.

On a more personal note, for those of you wondering how my recovery from hand surgery is going, I’m healing very well.  All the bruising and swelling is almost gone.  I still struggle with gripping and holding things.  I also have a lot of stiffness.  All that is normal and can take months to completely fade.  I am very thankful that everything seems to be moving along, and pretty soon I’ll be better than new!
